The SNAP program is committed to helping create safe, livable neighborhoods by enhancing quality of life, and increasing safety and security for private and business residents of communities in Washington state. WIC’s Insurance Fund Foundation provides SNAP grants to communities in under-served areas which meet specific criteria and demonstrate the best overall plans for improving their communities.
